Some people misunderstand Clark and the Legion of Doom

Clark pretty much tells Toyman that whenever they show up that he will be there to stop them or anyone like them.

Basically it shows to you that the Legion of Doom in that episode which consisted of Captain Cold and supposedly Solomon Grundy, it tells that they will be there when Clark gets settled as Superman later on expanded universe wise for Smallville.

No plot hole or any stupid crap that you guys keep coming up with

If the Legion Of Doom wasn't in the 2 hour final episode, the writers should have them in the next to last episode. We don't need the teaser, until they are planning to write a post series novel.

Er dude, the Legion or "Marionette Ventures" as they were, were in the next to last episode, that episode being Prophecy.
Sure, they didn't have a particularly major role but they were shown.

Exactly what I am thinking Clark said :"I will always be there to stop you" and this is the prophecy for the "superman age"

No, they live up to their full potential. This was Marionette Ventures (an original group), not the Legion of Doom, despite a lot of viewers calling them that (probably being the only DC supervillain team, that a lot of viewers were familiar with. Thus any supervillain team shown would instantly be assumed to be the Legion of Doom). Their purpose is to highlight that there will still be threats and dangers, that Clark will have to deal with, even after he's defeated Darkseid (and banished him). When Clark is done with that, he and the other superheroes (both solo and as part of the Justice League) will have to handle the threat of villains like Metallo, Captain Cold, Solomon Grundy and groups like Marionette Ventures (Injustice League, Injustice Gang, Royal Flush Gang, etc.). The presence of Toyman and Metallo highlights that most of the Superman villains, that Clark had encountered on the show, are still alive and could (will, no doubt) pose a threat, that Clark will have to deal with in the future. The presence of never-before-seen villains like Captain Cold, Black Manta and Solomon Grundy highlights that there are supervillains in this world, that Clark have not yet encountered (like most of his rogues gallery, for example; Contrary to the common belief that Clark fought all of his future villains, on the show), with some being criminals that other superheroes will have to deal with (so, it's not just Superman who'll have to battle evil, while the other hundreds of superheroes in the world are rolling their tumbs). The only real wasted potential is that they didn't have a never-before-seen Superman villain, at the table. Someone like Blackrock or Atomic Skull (lesser known, so that people don't get too upset, that a future Superman foe only gets a cameo), to better highlight that there are Superman foes out there, who Clark have yet to encounter.
