  • Who sent the realestate agent?

i don`t understand who sent the realestate agent. If Clark didn`t do it who did?

It was sort of a bad explanation, but they said the real estate agent was the equivilent of an ambulance chasing lawyer who came there solely for the purpose she saw a potential sale.

Yup. She was obviously notified when the deed exchanged hands (from Martha to Lois & Clark).

Within the plot it didn't make much sense. Why would a real estate agent want to know when there's already a new owner? She didn't even ask Lois if she wanted to sell the house.

It was one of the "we create drama for the sake of it" plot devices.

It was the Lemur. It was his revenge for not having been in the last few episodes (to upstage Clark)...

Now that you've said it, it's so obvious now!!

In this economy even realtors are ambulance chasers.

It was funny to have this random character running rings around Lois in the same fashion she usually runs rings around other people. (That guy at the DP, Jeff I think is his name?)

Now you mention it, the real estate agent behaved a lot like Lois when she first entered the Kent house in Crusade.

The last porch scene should have been with the realestate agent, them talking about the details of selling the house & land etc. Lois & Clark would see a "For Sale" sign next to the mail post and drive/super speed away to the sunset.
