"Abandon All Hope..." for me.

An episode to reference The Divine Comedy will definitely get my vote. Plus, I had always thought that Lucifer would hate demons to some degree and SPN raised the bar in awesomeness because it finally made some light into a theory of mine.

I had to go with Hunted. That episode, to me, was fantastic and remains in my top 10 favorite episodes of the whole show.

Gordon, Ava, Dean captured, Sam saving the day, and the best motel room ever on SPN (IMO) all add up to one terrific ep. I loved several of the other 10th eps but it's Hunted for me.
