So were any of the Alphas that Samuel interrogated in the past killed?

This episode made it seem like every Alpha Samuel interrogated was taken by Crowley in the past. I'm guessing the demon that possessed Samuel's nephew took him to a predetermined place that Crowley picked out.

I wonder if the other Alphas they collected are still alive or were killed by Crowley. Maybe he plans to gather them & collectively extract the information using some ritual.

I don't think they'll die as the Alpha never seem frightened of dying, at all.

At most, they're just locked up wherever Crowley takes them.

I think Crowley will bring them all together & once he has them all, he'll use some sort of spell to read there minds or extract the info & find out the exact location of Purgatory.
