The best character on the show is back: The Impala! 
This episode was a lot better than the premiere, but I still really don't like the Campbells. I don't understand why they're here and I don't really find them that interesting to be honest.
I'm not caring too much for Sam these days either. Why is he sticking up for the Campbells over his own brother?
All in all, Dean is a consistently good character and I like him this season so far. I also loved the on the road case-to-case feel this episode had. It felt a bit like old school Supernatural, which I love. I miss the days of simpe hunting.
I think they threw out the theme of the show being a weekly horror movie quite a while ago.
Seasons 1 & 2 are clearly the best IMO, but I'll give season 6 a chance. It might surprise me...
