See, I know there's a lot of love for Sarah out there from fans but I never really understood it. To me, she was a water-down version (and brunette) of Jess. Which means I got the attraction but never thought it would work on a permanent basis.

Well, granted, it was the first time Sam was interested with someone, so it could've been shown as Sarah could have been that rebound-type girl, but we only had one episode with her; having her brought back, I think it would bring up some truths on how Sam needs to be with a sane, human girl and I think Sarah would be sufficient.Comment

we saw a lot of people in Season 1 we never saw again (Missouri, Cassie--who was supposedly the great love of Dean's life, Sarah, etc.).
and with everything that is going on now I can't even imagine what Sarah would think of Sam...

Well, not seeing Missouri makes some sense in that Sam and Dean never went back to their hometown(if we don't count Stull Cementary, but even then, it would be useless to have in Missouri with so much happening in "Swan Song") and Missouri doesn't seem like someone who travels, but if Sam and Dean ever do return to Lawrence, I'd hope we get to see her once again.
And Cassie, even though we just saw her once, her and Dean did have a story, and before Lisa broke off with him, I always pictured Cassie as Dean's Lana and Lisa as Dean's Lois.
I wonder, if Sam were to meet up with Sarah and relieve what happened between those two, with Sam's first kiss to a girl since Jess's death, I think Sam would try to act normal around her even without a soul.Comment
