Persuasion Power at the end

Why did Chloe's eyes turn blue when she was using the kryptonite to stop Clark at the end?? Doesn't it only turn blue when they are persuaded? Also, what happens to the persuasion power after this episode? Does Clark still have it or are we suppose to assume that it just wears off..?

Good question, I guess it wears off, but it does not say why it wears off or when. I am guessing when the green kryptonite was used Clark lost the persuasive edge.

I guess everyone comes up with their own conclusions......

I figured that the Green K got the Jewel K out of Clark' body much like it was used to get rid of the Red K.
