If It's...

returning the Tuesday before Thanksgiving (which, as of now, is just a rumour- supposedly what stars were told), we're down to roughly 6 weeks. It would make sense for it to take the DWTS 9 p.m. slot while DWTS is on hiatus.

11/23
11/30
12/7
12/14
off Christmas week
off New Year's week
1/4
1/11
1/18
1/25
2/1
2/8
2/15
2/22
2/28

That would be 13 episodes- maybe a rerun or two in between. DWTS usually returns mid-March.

Maybe they'll be nice and give us a rerun or two?

And if ratings are good a back 9.

I'll stick with DJMadonna's prediction and say 4 Weeks until new V and
3 Weeks until Season One is released onto DVD. Can't Wait! I've
read some really cool spoilers from NYCC this weekend.
Anna beats down and kills a mothership captain with her
tail.
...all from footage shown at this event. This will
definitely make my 'Favorite scene of S2 in V' thread at the end
of the season. Looking forward to this particular scene.

That's about it for this week. Bye.

So excited that it's returning in January. I know a lot of people really wanted it back asap, but I honestly think this is the best move. I mean I honestly know very little about TV scheduling but I do watch TV. lol I know a lot of people already have their shows they are watching and January things usually change up a bit. Plus after a break of TV people are willing to try new shows, it's almost like September all over again. Plus V is getting a freaking awesome timeslot of 9pm, definately not too late, and not too early either. Dunno I feel like the network made a great dicision setting V back until January and giving it the 9pm timeslot tells me they really believe in the show and want it to work. I could be totally wrong about my entire post, but that's how I feel non the less.

BTW Kryptonsite I love your avatar and i'm really digging No ordinary family. It kinda has a fantastic four feel to it. The acting is great, and so far so the storyline is as well. It concerns me that both of the kids are as young as they are leaving no room for a good romance, but so far the show hasn't disappointed IMO.

Hmmm....

Of course I was looking forward to "V" in November, but if it means uninterrupted run, great. Buty, if it will air 13 episodes, they all won't run at 9 p.m.- unless "Dancing With the Stars" results show airs at another time.

"American Idol's" auditions shows usually run 1 hour? Even though it's on the decline, I wouldn't want to see "'V" compete with the show.

Bummer!!!
New count - 11 Weeks until V returns for Season Two.
Just over 2 Weeks until Season One is released to DVD.
I don't think that I can change Thread Titles or I would
change the countdown to January 4th. (Hint)

Both V (NYCC) and Smallville (200th Episode) must have
placed cast & crews on a weeks break because I haven't
heard any new spoilers this week?

More bummed out than should be natural. Only ten episodes!?! I've seen some
really cool pics online this week and the new season looks good despite ABC's
lack of interest. Let's hope it does well and USA, TNT, or some other cable
network decides it's worth continuing and they actually give it a better chance.
10 Weeks to go until Season Two begins. No more bad news is all we can
hope for.
Next week, Season One on DVD goes on sale. I'm hoping the extras are
worth it?

I heard there's only 1 audio commentary on the complete DVD. I hope that's misinformation. But I am looking forward to the bloopers and the deleted scenes.

8 Weeks until new V.

Been watching the extras on the DVDs.
Best deleted scene:
Agent Malik showing Chad the picture of the Sleeper Cell
Visitor meeting with Marcus. I understand why they cut
that out of the episode.

Always love the green screen stuff.
