Did anyone else notice the red sky to go along with the red chess piece? Could this be indicating Apokolips?

Chess is actually really easy once you find a strategy. Once you know each piece and what it does it is all about strategy, though I do love me some checkers. Wow. I read comics. I play chess. I wear glasses. Though that last one's not all bad...

I think the red sky was just a lighting choice, as it was like that with the blood scenes. Idk if it represented a red sun or Apokolips, but it would be cool.

Hmm... I hadn't thought about that -- I thought it was just cool mood lighting, but it would be nice if its was more symbolism, metaphor, and glimpses of what's to come in the show's future.
