I'm sure Sam's dog is the same as the new Shelby that came to Smallville after people asking for him to return. I have to go let them know because they are always looking for Shelby every week.

I guess he finally ran away since Clark never fed him. Sam took pretty good care of him, but even Sam had to leave the poor dog. I guess for all those who wanted a Supernatural-Smallville crossover, Shelby/Bones is the link.

When we first saw the dog, for a sec I thought it was Harley (one of Jared's dogs) but then I took a closer look and shouted "Shelby!"
