Is their any reason why Uriel is also Black in the past? I mean angels don't have a particular race so.... And it's like a younger version of the Uriel in the future I mean well the body. I just don't see a reason to choose a younger body...

It's the same human vessel. The man was black in 2008 and 2009, so, unless the guy pulled a reverse Michael Jackson, he was black in 1978 too.
