yeah this episode does seem like a "one shot" episode. but you never know. like a previous one shot episode, it could still include part of the storyline. maybe the ending will have god just pop up and surprise the boys with dean about to say "omfg" and he's cut off with the end credits.

I don't see how a thing such as that could make it filler or not, but it just seems all likely that "OMFG" would be about God.
