I think so too...they literally don't have 1 huge "hit" on their network, even their biggest shows have trouble cracking 10 million. The network is a mess, but fortunately that mess should work in Chuck's favor. It's sad too, I remember the glory days of NBC when they used to dominate with really great shows like Cosby, Cheers (and Frasier), Friends, Seinfeld, ER...starting the in mid 80's nothing could touch them and now...what a fall!

The episode was titled “Chuck vs. First Class”? Bueller?) Per the fast overnight numbers, approximately 6.9 million people tuned in to watch Kristin Kreuk’s debut on Chuck, a slight uptick from last week, but more importantly the show held steady with a 2.5 rating in the 18-49 demo. This keeps Chuck easily in the Top 5 shows for NBC, and in the Top 3 scripted shows. Good job, show!
