Having Nathan jump off the roof seems to be a MAJOR plot hole. They "i can't keep fighting him..." quote should have been a clear sign that Sylar's body had to be destroyed lest he return. They both know the Haitian has proximity limits.
Absolutely stupid unless I am missing something. These two characters would have done something different to ensure the elimination of sylar.
