I do hope that one of the big things that happen in this episode is Michael confronting Mary.
It would only make sense for these two reasons:
Why Anna went back so far instead of before Sam is born. Maybe she did what the angels want, go back in time to kill Mary, but she's actually trying to warn Michael that in the future, the angels will be lead by Zachariah and not God.
And Mary's "angels are watching over you" speech.
