I'm going to guess anywhere from 2.7 - 2.9 million. This season has been tremendous so far, and last week's episode was oustanding. I have high expectations for this one!

As far as I know, nowhere but there always seems to be some city that has local sporting events on here or there. If it was a bigger place I would assume we would have heard about it(much like the Chicago + NY ones)
