Discuss TV ratings for Abandon All Hope here once they're available.

I seriously "hope" (no pun intended ) the ratings are very high before the winter break kicks in.

Um anyone know how it did?

Found SPN ratings...2.7 MIL but it was preempted in Miami. Now sure how much that will effect the ratings

I agree. The ratings have been pretty solid the last few weeks, with no big dips. That shows we have a very stable, very dedicated audience.

I hate that we have slipped from last year, but we also have more competition than last year (namely Fringe). Without Fringe, I am sure we would be around 3 mil every week. Plus, if you follow ratings you'll see that every show on TV (with the exception of NCIS) is down. Even Gray's and CSI which used to be in the 25-30 million range now only pulle half that. TV ratings in general are declining...

So don't worry...we are safe We are still the #2/#3 rated scripted show on the CW. Only Vampire Diaries does better (and SV has been about equal to us this year). If Kripke and Co. want a S6, I'm pretty sure we will get one...unless the CW folds before then

Possibly...I know that was a HUGE draw last night for the CW's target audience. Vampire Diaries was also down last night...I bet it hurt them too.

I had students falling asleep in class because they had been at the midnight showing
I guess I gotta give them credit for showing up to school!

              Final Ratings:

              The Vampire Diaries
              - 3.567 million viewers
              - 2.3/4 HH
              - 1.6/5 A18-49
              - 1.9/6 A18-34
              - 2.7/8 W18-34

              Supernatural
              - 2.514 million viewers
              - 1.6/3 HH
              - 1.2/3 A18-49
              - 1.5/4 A18-34
              - 1.5/4 W18-34

This includes the Miami preemption, so we didn't fall that far But boy did VD take a betting this week...gotta be a combination of the preemption and Twillight. They were over 4 million last week!

Seems to be following the general SPN pattern, up one week, down the next then back up. Does this mean we can expect highish ratings for the first 2010 episode?
