Zod by way of commanding one of the Kandorians.It really doesn't matter, Jor-el was a dead man coming into this game anyway. Because Zod hated him from the start.

It's probably TESS. Last week's episode, I think it became clear she learned superspeed, from the way she disappeared so quickly behind the passing bus. and she was smirking when Clark supersped away.
