The Clois was absolutely adorable tonight. The way she ran to him and hugged him. The eyesex. Clark's smile. Clark letting Lois gush about helping the Blur. Lois sitting on his desk.
That was an amazing reunion scene, and that was SO Lois Lane when she all of a sudden backed away from Clark and brushed off how she was happy he was back
Amazing! Loved the clois tonight, it just made the episode rock even more than it already did! I also love how much closer the story is moving toward the Lane and Kent at the Daily Planet vibe. (Now if we could only get Perry White....)
Clois have had great hugs in the past but this one was just THE BEST! Sigh. I want to rewatch that scene on loop and just forget about everything else. It was so beautiful. And I wish I could do the "fan girl" squee thing but right now I feel more tearful. Who knew that Smallville could actually make me cry of happiness! I really loved this episode and I loved seeing Clark back at the Daily Planet by Lois's side. That last scene was so magical. TW and ED just fit so well together. Ah, I can't get over it. I must rewatch that final sequence between the two over and over!
So. Shall we just talk again about how Lois didn't give a damn that Clark was MIA?
Yuh-Huh...
Methinks the only ones who proclaimed Lois unconcerned with Clark's absence were those who hoped she was.
After warning Corben last episode and retrieiving Clark's name plate from HER desk and staring at it, as well as the opening scene at the Kent Farm, I'd say she has been missing him plenty. She even called Martha - Martha got a mention tonight! Yay!
