With regards to Castiel, I thought those scenes were funny, but at the same time, I don't think they really fit into the episode. I like the idea of seeing Castiel becoming more and more human like, but in the grand scheme of the episode, I don't think it worked well for me. Taken out of context, hilarious. I am not sure I am making sense there, hopefully people get what I am trying to say.

I thought he was great. He was scary and absolute and the effects when he took control of his vessel were awesome compared to Castiel's entrance on a beam of light last season.

I agree with you. He was bad ass with the electricity. I bet when he escapes the holy fire, he's gonna kick a**
