I think the Angels have something to do with Bobby not walking. Eventually he will get healed.

Regarding the discussion about the tattoo. Originally I think it was Bobby that gave the anti-possession amulet to the boys. He knows that if someone removes the amulet then a person can become possessed, so that is why the boys got tattooes. Given this new info, I think it is only logical that Bobby would have a tattoo.

It is also logical to think that he doesn't have a tattoo though, just because he's the one with all the amulets.
