Wow, that's pretty good for a....let's say controversial episode. Considering Lana is in almost half of the episode, I can see why Lana fans would be drawn to download it off iTunes.

Its not a brainer or a huge thing that first three ones are recent ones. Committed also debuted as 3rd on iTunes the week it aired and If I am not msitaken there was other aafter that that also got a honmor palce on iTunes.

Yes, people have to remember that this forum represents a very small part of the whole Smallville fandom. Even if every online Smallville fan forum was put together, I don't think the percentage of all of them would even reach double digits when comparing the viewership of what this series gets weekly.

Yeah I agree about this. Even though I loved "Legion", I haven't bought it on iTunes and don't plan on buying "Bulletproof" or "Power" because I don't like them enough. I bought 8 out of the first 10 episodes though. It seems I haven't downloaded "Toxic" or "Prey" yet. "Toxic" is one of the weaker episodes, but I actually did like "Prey" a lot. Before I was downloading a lot of episodes because I didn't now about the CW streaming the episodes, and had missed some during the original broadcast. I plan on getting the DVD later, so I'm going to be more choosy in the last half of the season.

I think it counts most downloads by the current week because checking with a few other shows the three most popular are also the most recent episodes--the most recent being the most popular. I don't think that's a coincidence. And in this case it makes more sense for Legion to be rated higher than Bulletproof, even though Bulletproof came out more recently, because Legion was a much more anticipated episode.
