Lead-out Heroes continues to drop by alarming proportions from one year earlier as follows:

Heroes (NBC) – Monday 9 p.m.
10/08/07 – Viewers: 10.91 million (#3), A18-49: 5.1/12 (#1)
10/06/08 – Viewers: 8.21 million (#3), A18-49: 3.9/ 9 (#3)
Percent Change – Viewers: -25, A18-49: -24

Well Heroes is still #3 overall for the night. But down in the demo, typically it's strongest asset. So is this an overall trend? All shows are down...or just ones here and there? If it is. Maybe the reason is people just haven't come back after the Writer'sStrike or fans haven't forgiven season 2.

Yeah, didn't I hear that all scripted shows on the major networks have been down in the numbers this season? Why are they picking on Heroes? Do they want it to be canceled?

The drop in ratings could have something to do with the day that it is one. Right now they are combating too many heavy hitters on Monday. Lets Say, if Heroes came on on a Weds or Sunday night I bet the live ratings would be through the roof. Mondays are bad for this time of year. You have the NFL and other show battling for viewers. Take a lesson from 24 they start there show around the end of football season and the runs into the new year into the spring. Plus, the fatal flaw that I have with the show is that some of the young actors/actresses are not acting well. The best actors on the show is Linderman, Angela, HRG, and Ando. I could throw Pikachu in there also. But everyone else are not performing there roles at a high level of consistancy. More Special effects are needed also. Could you believe that big battle at Gabriel's home, to me was so weak because of the lack of special effects. With Sylar so powerful, how could he let Knox beat him down that way. More power usage is a must
