Did anyone notice the reference to Davis blacking out in the previous episode when Lois mentioned to Tess that Metropolis may have it's own Jack the Ripper?

Yeah. I wonder how long it will take Clark to get on the trail.

Great catch! I heard Lois talk about Jack the Ripper, but didn't put 2 and 2 together. :p

Yes, I noticed Lois coming into Tess' office and giving her the story. Tess threw it on the table with Ollie's pics like she wasn't very interested in the story. The serial killer is being kept in the background for now.

It took me a second watch, but yes I did catch it. That's some pretty nice foreshadowing, if you ask me... but then again, catching this subtle detail does rely on one having some foresight of a spoilerish nature, no? Or is it a given (and therefore assumed) that everyone knows about Davis' "secret?"
I was just looking for a thread about this!! Yeah, I noticed immediately and I was really happy... looks like Lois Lane is the first one to make the connection. That makes me VERY happy. This is another example of how she knows the best stories to go after....
I would like to see it build up well, though... this must be connected to Davis blacking out & will probably be explored in future episodes. Looks like PS3 are more concerned about continuity and making references to "off-screensville" than AlMiles were. I like it. :D

I'm so happy, Lois is on the case. :D That's the reporter we all know and love. I wonder if this will be her big story she'll chase (aside from the red and blue blur that saves the day, ;))
