Chloe is looking through Belle Reeve profiles/patient papers and here's what she came up with:
Patient was named Michael. According to the report, he has the ability to 'communicate their willpower over 3rd parties on a psychological level'. Further testing was expected and was to be all inclusive. Testing was to commence at Luthorcorp. I, personally, don't remember this guy but I am thinking that it's possibly that real estate dude who has the power in his hands (the one that made Jonathan Kent sell the farm way back in ~Season 1~ or ~Season 2~). Patient has the ability to 'shift body shape into other animate/inanimate objects'. This definitely reminds me of Tina Grier (I may have misspelled her last name) but the picture doesn't resemble her... at least, I don't think it does. Check her out:

Patient has demonstrated strength and range (I'm guessing range is the second word; it's the best I could make out) far above that of human capabilities. Preliminary testing was complete and he was being transferred to Luthorcopr where more research could be performed and because it would be 'better/more suited' for a human of his abilities. Not sure on this one, though he definitely looks familiar (might be the hairdo). Here's the link:

Patient demonstrates 'mental capacity beyond that of an average human being'. So, this means what? That her brain holds more information than the average human? Anyways, I don't recognize her at all. Here's her mug shot:
