Hmmm since Tes has the crystal that was used to uncover the fortress i'm guessing that Jor-el has buried the fortress under the arctic, and Lex has either been banished somewhere by Jor-el or he has been sent to the phantom zone, but if that's the case then he's dead.

Well considering the fact that MR is gone from the show and wants nothing to do with it anymore, I think it is safe to say that Lex will never be found. I think it sucks that we will never get any real closure with Lex when he was always a key part of the show. Maybe if the writers had ended the show a few seasons ago and developed the characters better, it wouldn't of happened.

That's a good question. I know in the comics Zod and Ursa were able to have a child in the zone.
