um maybe someone who dresses for office work at the isis foundation, women usually wear high heeled shoes or dress shoes with there office attire . i guess they should have had her bring sneakers to work just in case a light bulb breaks??? im gonna go complain to tptb , whatever i guess we will start blaming characters for what tptb write ? :rotfl:

Seriously , I am short and when I need to change the light bulb in my kitchen ceiling, I either wait forever for my hubby to get around to it, or I find my tallest platform shoes and take care of it. :)

Of course we know part of the reason was for the sex appeal of seeing Chloe's ankles/legs in those heels as a little 'treat' for Davis. :p
