Clark has to wear tights or something

Last week and now this week there have been references to Clark needing a disguise. He can't go into crowds and be seen using his superpowers. He mentioned to MM that he needs to have two identities and tonight we clearly saw that it has to be coming soon. That means that Lois will be writing about some new superhero who is dashing around saving people. The "no tights" rule has to be broken and it can't happen too soon imho. With Lois knowing Clark's identity and no glasses being part of the equation I suppose that Clark will have to wear a mask.

yeah he is going to have to wear some sort of disguise, those people on the bus might have been in a state of shock, but many of them were watching clark as he ripped the top off like a tuna package...
no one seemed to notice this... if i had seen it i think i would have questioned it, but no one on the bus or around the bus did.

Yeah, that would be fairly cool... but honestly, I just CANNOT see "Tom Welling" in RED TIGHTS. Something about that mental image is disturbing. And I always did think that the only reason Superman wore those dang "blue panties" was kinda.... well, you know... specifically to show off the super package. :eek:

I and several others have said that clark needs a naman suit in smallville something between just clark kent and superman. Hopefully we will get something later this season.

I just think the signs are there and the writers are setting us up for something. He was goaded by the Black Canary to put on some tights, he told Martian Manhunter that he needed a second identity and then last night we see the danger of his rescuing people as CK and hoping noone sees him. I think Chloe said something to him about needing an alternative ID to preserve his identity.

I mean sooner or later people are going to report on these heroics (perhaps Lois?) and people will be trying to find out who he is. It all seems to be coming together. Obviously he cannot fly in street clothes or he will be advertising himself as CK the flying farm boy. It's all coming together. The question is; will they delay it until the season finale and wrap up the entire show or will they do it before then?
