Yeah that has to be the SMC re-dressed. Both interior and exterior. It looked like they shot the exterior from a different angle tried to hide the building behind the sign as much as possible so we wouldn't notice. But that's okay! Looks good!

I'd rather they redress smc to look like metropolis general then not have a hospital in metropolis at all we don't need more people being medivaced to smallville everytime they are injured it was horrible whe lionel medivaced lex from detroit all the way to smallville medical center we don't need more of it.
