I had not heard about the budget cuts. I know in Charmed Season 8 it was slashed 20 % which forced a lot of creative ways to do things. Can someone point me to the article about the budget cuts. And why were they forced upon Smallville? It seems without MR salary and KK they would have more money. I doubt the newbies are making the same moola as KK and MR were.
