How is Season 4?

I could use some help I have watched seasons 1-3 of Dr. Who and really enjoyed but due to school and work missed the bulk of season 4 and bearing in mind that BBC dvd are unusally expesive $85 or more here in the states is season 4 worth the money or am I better off waiting for BBC America to show it?

I really liked it. I don't remember any episode that I wouldn't want to watch over and over. It seems to have more references to previous seasons than I remember in previous ones, and I enjoy seeing those too.
