Was I the only one thinking that as the credit/billing played last night? There's nobody over the age of 35 to be found.....just one pretty person after another.

Now, I'm not complaining.... it just made me laugh. They sure kicked those "old" folks off the show pretty quickly.:lol:

Haha, you got that right. It's symbolic in a way.The departure of Jonathan,Lionel and Martha symbolizes Clark's progression. He doesn't need any parent figures anymore.

I agree, they're all so pretty. :D And we get a cleavage shot of ED and a shirtless shot of JH.

True, but atleast one ugly person....is that too much to ask? :rotfl:. Just teasing, I'm loving the cast.

Wouldnt you hate to be the one older person in the line up? :p. "And....Annette O'tool as Martha Kent" I'm pretty sure I would never want to watch the billing if that was me.

Why? AOT is one hot lady. If I was her, there would be nothing I would feel bad about. She aged quite gracefully, IMO. :)

p.s. That's a cool picture of Chloe you are sporting there.

I'm glad to see some people think that 35 is still young...LOL...It does't bother me at all that there is a young cast since I know it isn't all about beauty on the outside. They represent very complex personalities and that's the difference in just watching pretty people.

I guess that makes Lionel the "Victor Newman" of the show...

I wish MM was a regular sometimes but then again, I love the mystique behind his character and the fact that he STILL hasn't introduced himself after two years!

Thats so true....she is a gorgeous lady! She was when she played Lana...and she is playing Ck's mom. The thing I love the most about her is....it's all natural. She doesnt seem the like botox type. She's just beautiful. :).

Why thank you Minela! All of the credit goes to Bella though, she made it! ;)

Well of course thats true, if it was just pretty people it would be 90210. (Dont shoot me if you all like that show....just making a reference! ;))

I just loved having an older individual on the show, they were usually the sources of knowledge or wisdom. Which I guess this is a good thing really....Clark doesnt need to run to an "adult" anymore...he's made the transition into one nicely. So I cant complain. :)

I agree...I dont know when 30 became old.....but I'm not loving it!

now i think getting rid of john glover was the dumbest idea they done and i hope it wasn't b/c of his age.he was by far the most talented actor in smallville and he had more classic moments then any body up their.i always go back to the older seasons just to watch him.especially season 2 when he was blind and season 3.he was by far the most underrated actor on tv.him and michael rosembaum should of won a emmy for that episode memoria on season 3.

Thats one of the things I loved about it....AM looks amazing with long hair, I've always wondered why they wouldnt let her grow it out.

Oh yes....that scene. I do recall that was one of the rare episodes my boyfriend watched with me. I do remember he enjoyed that scene as well. :rotfl:

 Well, I haven't seen the opening credits on a 'soap' in over 20 years, and they weren't that Fancy back then. If that's what they look like now, I guess that it did look sort a funny. However, I did notice that Justin Hartley, poor guy, still had to have his shirt off even for the credits. :p I guess we know what to expect from him, huh? ;)
