I don't know if this idea has surface but I do believe Brainiac's program has been downloaded in Chloe, accidentally from when he touched her. Brainiac's power then overwrote chloe's healing power.

I was wondering if a part of Brainiac somehow transferred into Chloe and is waiting to become whole again somehow. This isn't looking very good for Chloe. We know Brainiac will return but I hope she won't be hurt in the process.

chloe did say she just woke up and she had those abilities. She woke up from when brainiac went all crazy on her or whatever and she fainted lol

If Brainiac is in Chloe and influences Chloe to the dark side, I can see her pairing with Doomsday and they could be a modern day Bonnie and Clyde. Watch out Smallville!...Just kidding:)

Brainiac is pretty much done...but i'd put money down that James will be back this season. I love the guy, he has so much raw talent and charisma...He's an asset to the show.

All I am saying Brainiac was hurt when he touched Chloe and she accidentally got his powers. Kryptonite infected do not change their powers at least not shown until now.
