I suspected it! The hallways are identical but the windows are different. For some reason there was a permanent yellow haze in blackcreek montana. lol

It makes sense, Luthor corp facilities are an extension of Lex's dark and perturbed mind. I think Fracture was not the only time they used that set. I'm not sure if it was in Labrynth, but I've seen those windows in Smallville before.

Its a generic set. Its been used a number of times.

My question is who was the prisoner Clark was looking in on. The camera spent too much time there for it to be insignificant.
