My guess is now that they decided to go separate ways for awhile...and lay low, it covers as the perfect excuse for not seeing them.

Yea when we first found out victor and bart were not going to be in the episode i was a bit disapointed. But hey i know their actors are busy with other work and were not able to return but was very happy they did atless get a mention.

It was a very well written line.

Before that line, it seemed strange that they wouldn't be there, but that line made very good sense.

As I watched that scene and heard that line, I nodded and said out loud, "I'll buy that; that's a very good excuse for why they're not there." lol

The guy who plays Cyborg has no upcoming shows or movies and yet wasn't available. I'm pretty sure the new PTB wouldn't lie to us and say they contacted someone when they didn't.
