One of the best series I've ever read.
Read the books when I was 10 and I still reread them over and over again.

My favorite was the Horse and his Boy. It was such a self contained adventure story.

Some of the imagery in those books is MAGICAL.

I thought they were boring when I was a kid though.

From a religious POV it's fun to get a new, different, challenging POV on things.

i think it is stupid how the ppl who made the movies didnt make the first book first. without the first one it doesnt make any sense. the first and last are my fav.

I couldnt get into the series, and I just dislike it really, read a few when i was younger tho.

I watched the first movie and thats ok, but couldnt watch the second one, remembering about the christian parallels. I dislike it, and the following books, because of that. Just my opinion really

:lol: My brother hates it too, and it isn't the religious factors. I'm no Christian, but it's an interesting read, though I must admit, the Susan complex kind of pissed me off. Feminism, much?

I loved The Chronicles of Narnia! It was amazing! Although, The Horse and His Boy was boring. Every thing else was great.

By the way, has anyone seen Lazy Sunday on Saturday Night Live? It is so funny!

The movie was much better than the book. Watch it, don't read it.
