I think that setting was the same one where the stripper got run over in Exposed, where Clark w/ Lana on the motorcycle sped off in Exile, where Clark & Phelan drove by in Rogue to the IA guy's apartment, etc. There seem to be elevated train tracks around there (probably from Vancouver's Skytrain).

I'm pretty sure they used that same spot in Lucy when Lex gets knocked out by the fake cop. And I think they used it again in Suspect. Isn't that near where they found Jonathan drunk in his truck? They use that spot a lot. I think they may have even used it in an earlier episode in Metropolis when Lex had Dominick tied up in the trunk of his car and he returned him to Lionel. And I could swear Lex and Lana drove down that same stretch of road when Lex was being followed. Lana was getting ready to move into the mansion. Early season 6 episode. Sneeze I think?

I think the scene in Reaper where Lex had Dominic in the trunk of his car was somewhere further down the same stretch of road. I think I remember seeing those same elevated tracks (probably from Vancouver's Skytrain) in that episode, but the spot in Reaper seemed like a more urban portion of that stretch of road than in most episodes. But I'm quite sure it's somewhere further down the same stretch. I think you're right about Sneeze too. I don't remember if Suspect was in a similar setting.
