"Committed?" Clark, Lois, Chloe, and Jimmy all found themselves kidnapped at one time or another in this episode. Lois came somewhat close to learning Clark's secret.

Or "Identity?" Jimmy was ALMOST kidnapped by Tess's agents, and he was definitely on the verge to learning the truth about Clark.

Perhaps you mean "Extinction." In that episode, Lana is kidnapped by Van McNulty, and Clark almost had no choice than to reveal his powers to her -- Van told her he was a meteor freak and was super strong/invulnerable, but luckily Clark thought to wear lead armor when he launched his next volley of kryptonite bullets.

In "Hereafter," Lana is abducted by that dead cheerleader's crazy dad along with her friend Megan. If Lana hadn't been knocked out by the smoke in that basement, she may have possibly seen Clark use his powers to rescue Jordan Cross and such...

Oh, and in "Obscura," both Chloe and Lana are kidnapped, and one could argue that both came relatively close to discovering his secret, especially when Clark was randomly able to find Chloe buried in a field and dig her out of the ground when her coffin was several feet deep and he had no digging tools or farm implements with him to help him pull her out.
