I know its not a continent.

Sv.LoisLane
01-05-2009, 08:37 AM
Well... I always considered the Arctic as a region that includes everything starting from the 66°33' N (Arctic Circle) of latitude.
It's definitely not a country nor a continent. We don't know where exactly the FoS is placed so I wouldn't consider it as a foreign country given that even the USA (together with Canada, Russia, Greenland, etc.) has territories above the Arctic Circle.
So no, it's not a travel to the FoS.:)
ETA: The country is not Scotland.

is the main character a current main character?
does the illegal activity involve a luthor?
No, the main character is not a current main character.
There is an illegal activity performed by a Luthor, but it's not the main one in this episode.
The one I'm referring to does not involve a Luthor.

have any main characters been shown going to this country before on the show?
Sv.LoisLane
01-05-2009, 12:40 PM
We don't hear about other characters going there before nor do we see them doing it. It is possibile however that at least 1 main character has already been there.
To clear things a little: in this episode we don't actually see the main character go to that country, we only know she/he does because it's talked about.

A recurring character fools a main character
The first attempt of something a recurring character tries fails
The second time something happens involving a main character
What episode is it?
ledzepfan23
01-08-2009, 09:05 PM
aqua?
That's a good guess, Sean.
About the current question:
Is the person attempting something the same person that fools the main character?
Is Clark the main character being fooled?
Is the recurring character, generally a protagonist?
Was the attempted action violent?
The second time something happens involving a main character.
By this you mean, after the first attempt being unsuccessful, the recurring guest tries to do the same thing again and succeeds? Does the main character help the guest character?
krewsaider
01-09-2009, 09:10 PM
Not Aqua, lzf23. And to answer your questions, kaam...
Yes, the person attempting something is the same that fools the main character.
Yes, Clark is being fooled.
The recurring character seemed to be a protagonist but was really an antagonist.
It wasn't necessarily violent but it would've been violent if it had happened.
No. The "second time something happens" is about something different.
