Tyler killed Maddie's mom, Naomi, the CPS agent, and possibly the guard in the elevator.
Clark saves Martha from Tyler and Tyler from Maddie. I can't think of a third life saved at the moment...

-Clark realizes his power to hurt Lana is far greater than all his powers put together. He decides to let her go.

PS. I wanted to focus on Simone's secret because Clark's secret being revealed would have been too obvious, seeing as how the guesses started pouring because many of you thought the secret that was revealed was Clark's.
