lm not expecting him to fly just yet. im pretty sure when he does, the episode will be named something like "Flight". either that or we'll see him fly off in the last ever scene of the series.

I dont care for the flying, just him to man up. I'm tired of Clark not having a back bone

okay well then start crying,
because clark will absolutely not fly in this episode,
I'd say its pretty safe to say that he wont properly ever fly on smallville, i mean there are way more important things, I think it'd be cool, but would'nt serve justice to a season end. I've given up on it, and realised it most likely wont happen, but its be cool if he did though,
he definetly WILL NOT in arctic.
dont have your expectations for him to fly, or else youll be dissapointed

clark does not have to fly for me to be happy, a great written story is what makes me happy. Well thought out plots and development of character and mythology is what makes me happy.

I guess not. Let me reword that. If he happens to fly, I'll be happy.

yeah, I do really want him to fly, but it should never be an expectation, although we were ripped off in veritas

I don't think Clark's going to fly in this epi. I wasn't expecting him to either.

What he said, lol. At least you'd do a better job at that than Tom Welling.

ouch

I don't think we'll see him fly - although it would be fun to have it end like it did when Bizarro flew...... but maybe that's wishful thinking......

i dont think it will happen. The only way i see him flying which is unlikely is lex's final shot of him looking up is him looking up seeing clark fly away. Thats wishful thinking for ya!

If he flies tonight, great. If not, doesn't matter to me, even though it'd be pretty awesome. As long as the epi tonight is good, that's all I care about.

forcing yourself to cry is really hard, so don't be too hard on him.

he does not fly in this finale sorry man, but I think he WILL fly, writers know that EVERY smallville want to see tom/clark flying without being a bad clark or a doppelganger.

Plus, Spoilers don't read if you don't want to be spoiled:

don't forget is gonna face doomsday, he will have the obligation to fly in order to put him in the PZone. Unless doomsday won't have his super powers (he is a simple guy in the beginning so it can be possible..)

Plus, don't tell me that I spoiled or I kill you

Meh, I've long given up hope of the big guy flying in this series, after repeated confirmations by TPTB that "HE WILL NOT FLY IN THE SERIES". The odd superleap and maybe the suggestion of flight in the Series Finale is good enough for me.

I humbly suggest others adopt the same view, otherwise you are just gonna ruin your SV journey.

They wont make him fly untill it's the last episode of the series. He'll finally become superman when he learns to fly.

Me too. I wasn't expecting any flying to be done from Clark in this episode. It'd just seem random IMO unlike the set-up in "Veritas".

I still haven't see the epi and I'm sure that Mr. Kent won't fly. :\

Apparently Clark isnt going to fly in the Smallville universe. He is just gonna run at SuperSpeed like the Flash.

Yeah but Al and Miles are gone now and they made up the "no flights, no tights" rule. So it can be done. The rule has been bent before, and if they were really going to stick to it, then the eppie when Kara was supposed to teach him to fly and then he didn't was just plain sadism, not too mention rude to the fans.

Clark and Lex were flying from the explosion.
