Who Lives, who dies in this finale ?

Here we go agian. From the promo this is looking like it is going to be like the season 4 finale. With a ton of charecters leaving the show. So who should go, should stay, and who should be recast if they leave the show. Lex, lana, and chloe's all want out of the should and this will be the perfect episode the should get axed in. But my question is should lex charecter be re-casted to someone else. Like they do in the soap opera's all the time ? The same with lana ?

I can tell you one thing no one can never replaced the young Lex as MR did. He gave us a reason to love and hate him.

The same goes to Lana and Chloe; alll I'm saying is that no one can not replace these awesome characters.

KK is coming back to play Lana, and that's that. AM is possibly leaving and we might just forget about Chloe in season 8. We already know they are replacing Lex with a female villain.

Cholollee or however you've spelt it will be the character who will be written off badly, Lex is leaving for bigger and badder things. Lois will undoubtably be in peril as will Lana, and probably Jimmy, Clark and Shelby.

Choloe charected should be played by Micha Barton. Although she doesn't look like those "smart geeky" type but if she did play Chloe, she'd be one heck of a pretty nerd.

Chloe isn't leaving , AM just signed a new contract. There's a thread about it.

Lex should not be played by anyone else that would be worse than him leaving. Lana, who cares, it's been a dragged out season for her, no real point in the show anymore.

I didn't vote I see no real options.

As much as I hate Clark whining about Lana, I really like her character and would be happy if NONE of the characters left. Chloe is my fav female character, I'd really hate to see her go if that indeed does happen. There's no words to describe Lex; he's the guy you love to hate. I'm really dissappointed he's leaving the show, but hopefully we'll see him in a cameo next year or something. I didn't vote because I know which option will win.

Chloe will be back, lana for a little and lex gone. Lex can NEVER be recast for smallville. In fact no on can because it has been on for so long that it wouldnt feel right.

I think that we should keep things as they are. If people are leaving there is no one that should replace anone. I can't imagine anyone playing Chloe lex or lana to the same standerd s and it would probably ruin their characters. i would like it to stay as it is but that isn't going to happen.... :(

I truly hope Smallville won't be as dumb as Dallas and attempt to recast Lex Luthor. I remember the fiasco with Miss Eillie, doing that with lex Luthor will be stupid. I hope Rosenbaum does come back, Smallville is not a show without Lex.

Agreed. I mean, Rosenbaum is a good actor and has been in a couple of movies, but it's not like people are banging down his door to have him play in their films.

Watch, as Smallville's last season is going next year, Rosenbaum will just be sitting in his kitchen by his phone, waiting for a casting call. I'm not saying I'm rooting for that, I'm just saying that Rosenbaum made a potentially bad career decision.

Lana being in a handful of episodes is great, but having her in the whole season again is just unnecessary at this point in Clark's life.

All of the episodes in a season that KK usually takes should be replaced full-time next season by Durance.
