It has always aired a day ahead here in Canada. I don't think it is because it's shot in Vancouver..I think that Canada has a very solid fan base. The show premiered on the NEW PL (Former A-Channel) in fall of 2001..and I guess it has gotten tremendously awesome ratings.. and I guess the loyalty of the fans has lingered on and the channel people decided to award us by having the show on early all this time! :)

Yeah I'm a little worried about that too, especially concerning Lex since it's official MR won't be back, I hope it's handled well. I haven't read much about what's going on with Allison, but same goes for Chloe, I hope they don't give her some lameass ending if she decides not to come back.

Correct. The original television broadcastings of Vessel, Zod, and Phantom are missing their "Previously on Smallville" recaps on DVD. They just cut to the season premiere with no recaps to enlighten the minds of the viewers as to where the show left off.

Yep, a lot of inconsistencies are noticed throughout the DVD sets. Maybe the manufacturers made the mistake of not putting the recaps up anymore, or just simply because it takes a while and they don't have time.

I hope it goes back to the recap features on the DVDs. :)

LOL, that's weird! You guys get the awesome menu/DVD intro openings of each season? I have heard that in Europe/U.K, they have only appeared for S1-4, and then they were dropped for S5 and 6!

It has always aired a day ahead here in Canada. I don't think it is because it's shot in Vancouver..I think that Canada has a very solid fan base. The show premiered on the NEW PL (Former A-Channel) in fall of 2001..and I guess it has gotten tremendously awesome ratings.. and I guess the loyalty of the fans has lingered on and the channel people decided to award us by having the show on early all this time! :)

The A-Channel was given Scrubs to air on Thursdays at 8pm for Fall 2008. Smallville was then bumped back a day to Wednesday. It was going to air same day and time as the USA.
