How the hell did Chloe get to Montreal so fast?!?

So how did she get there like 10 minutes after Lex?

Exactly my question. So what if Oliver has a private jet! There is no way she would have gotten there quick after Lex. He's was well ahead in his journey before Chloe called Clark to tell him Lex was on his way.

I don't really remember but I think Lex was coming from further away when he went to Montreal. Chloe just went from Smallville straight to Montreal .

Chloe actually said to Clark "Lex has JUST left Smallville for Montreal" if she hopped on the plane straight away (and if it was able to go just a little bit faster) then it is perfectly possible she could have got there as soon after Lex as she did.

The question isn't HOW she got there so fast, beacause we can give or take a few hours while lex was looking for things etc, but rather HOW the hell she found the secret Sacrificial dugeon in the church?? I mean, they dont just keep those things lying around??

Certainly someone would have seen or heard something? like the two church nuns that came up after the fight? and people in general that visit the church??

Another problem would be, why would Ollie's plane be at the metropolis airport(if he was in town why wouldn't he go with her) and the amount of time it takes for her to get to the airport and the plane to take off.

That's the dumbest explanation I've heard, but that is what she said. Pretty lame.

Well Chloe would have left from Metropolis and Lex left from Smallville, maybe we have to assume Smallville is further from Montreal.

But for me the inconsistency is the fact that even if she got on the phone immediately to Oliver, he would have had to have the plane sitting there full of gas in Metropolis and the pilot completely handy, which just isn't realistic. Flight plans need to be approved etc. Even if Chloe had one hour less flying time, she would have lost more than that in pilot/flight preparation.
