Anyone else notice this? (Movie continuity)

When Brainiac is about the shoot Clark but it's Jor-El talking and then we see Clark in teh beam of light...

At Clarks feet are the same "turning rings" we see in STM and SM2 when Jor-El is getting ready to seen Zod, Ursa and Non to the PZ.

I think that was cool.

I noticed Jor-El's voice when I saw the episode, but I didn't notice the rings. Nice catch. :)

What about the Krypton exploding scene? That was from STM as well.

I didn't notice the ring thing. The clip of krypton exploding is from the movie and I noticed that right away

Something else I noticed that was a nod to Superman Returns: Clark getting the update on Lex Luthor from Jimmy Olson.

(Clark comes back to the DP and finds out that Lex Luthor is on the loose, thanks to Jimmy. ;) )

Yes the explosion of krypton was reminiscent of Superman the Movie!
