Okay, if Lex kept a gun with kryptonite bullets with him at all times, wouldn't that mean Kara would be weakened every time she stood next to him???

He said he made it in case she ever crossed him, it looked like he got it out of a lead box. So it was just a 'safety' measure. But as soon as Kara announced that CK was also from Krypton that was all Lex needed to know.......

It just brings me back to season three when Van made those Krypto-Bullets; Come to think about it, he wasn't wrapped so tightly.. I wonder if both Lex and him exchanged some notes about this lol

Not necesarily if the gun is lined with lead on the inside it would not affect her as much, as the effecxt would be neglilible...

I think I remember the bullets having some kind of lead casing around them. But really, the amount of kryptonite is so small, it would affect them standing around it but once inside of the body, for sure it would do something.

yeah watch the scene again...the bullets released "hinges" of the lead casing that exposed the kryptonite upon firing.

What bothers me is that Lex considered her his sister, yet he carried something with him that would kill her. and the handcuffs too. Real family love. Proof that Lex is just evil and/or can be easily swayed to the darkside. And he seemed dumber, believing someone else(Brianiac) and never questioning how Brianiac knew things. Lex always came up with his own evil type plans, he never needed a sidekick. (also, the show brought in the dream, foretelling that Clark had, in I don't remember what season, with Lex in a white suit, being president and the missiles launching amoung sunflowers. )

Actually that was a vision from the blind lady in S1 who could tell the future, and again in Lex's nightmare in S4 (I think it was "Scare").

It sure didn't seem like Lex needed krypto-bullets relating to Kara. He had her wrapped around his little finger. The Luthor's had clearly beat Kara down emotionally.
