GOD, MAN... the dialogue was too corny!!

it was pretty good story-wise, but the dialogue was atrocious! especially Lex!

Chloe, Lois, & Jimmy had the least cringeworthy of them all, but it overall did not detract from my enjoyment enough to damage the epi though

IMO none of the dialogue seemed corny from Lex, he and Lionel always had the best lines to me. Not sure which ones you're speaking of?

mostly everything that came out of his mouth from the first time he appeared with Kara till the end of the AU. It felt to Silver Age to me (if that makes any sense to people)

You know, I truthfully forgot about the AU Lex when responding. I kept only thinking of the barn scene at the end. AU stories and me just don't mix well, apparently.
