According to the Definitive Smallville Soundtrack, the song was "Fetish" by Bayje. I don't think it has been officially released yet.

I thought the background music was really off-putting, particularly in the scene where Clark reveals himself to Kara. It kept stopping and starting, with the type of music having zero to do with what was being said.

You know, I particulary Loved the Music in that scene. I thought it fit perfectly, it was all dramatic and "Ooooh"-ish, LOL you know?

Also the Krypton scene, Just GREAT music!
