I enjoyed this episode a lot. I found it very entertaining, very different in SV standards, and it was just a breath of fresh air. The only gripe I have with it is that it seems a little rushed, so this is really more of a question than a complaint. While I was watching the whole initiation of nuclear weapons scene I couldn't help but to ask myself WHAT ABOUT THE OTHER SUPER HEROES? I mean, there's a good chance that without Clark Vic Stone would've never become Cyborg, and Bart Allen might still be stealing, but we still have the Green Arrow....we still have Arther Curry.....hell, we still have BRUCE WAYNE THE GREATEST MIND IN THE ENTIRE DCU (IMO) Hal Jordan and the other Green Lanterns, Freakin Wonder Woman....with all these OTHER Super heroes that were NOT created by Clark's arrival, would humanity still would've been able to survive the combined forces of Lex/Zod, Brainiac, and an entire Nuclear Holocaust...I'm just curious because we can't forget that there are other HEROES out there....and what would happen to the villains like Darkseid and the Joker?
I'm just curious to see how these events would've affected the other DC Heroes, and if this happened would many of them have the chance to become what they are all destined to be. Idk, any thoughts?

Good question. :) I think that Lex would have still ended up as the winner at the end of the day because his motives were completely hidden and wouldn't have been uncovered IF Clark didn't know that he was from Krypton and knew how dangerous Milton Fine was.
That's how I see it at least.

Because this was a vision, that Jor-El created, showing why the world needs him... Of course, Jor-El's not going to know about every superhero there may be, and even so, this was just a vision for Clark, showing his purpose...

i agree, its not jor-els problem to show the other heros. Hes trying to show clark what life would be like w/o him on earth.

It's really cool to think about this. I've always enjoyed "what-if's," and alternate universe realities. :D

It's possible that a Luthor controlled kara crushed any possible m-freak, or mutie threat to society. Like Lex's personal Peter Patrelli!

I know it was an episode showing Clark's "purpose," but I'm talking about this in the sense that what if this DID really happen, what would become of the other super heroes? I'm thinking about this more of an AU in the DC universe rather than just a "vision."

I think I would have pissed my pants for a throwaway Bruce Wayne reference in the alternate universe. Like if Jimmy said "Oh so now you're on a first name bases with him? Lex Luthor's not Gotham City's most eligible bachelor, he's the president of the United States!" I still have hope though.
Truthfully, I don't think any mention of the superheroes Clark encountered would have been necessary in this episode though.
