This is awesome...hopefully now that Clark sees how bad it can get...Destiny will be a bigger issue for him?

...yeah, but hey, I can dream.

I agree, every single detail about this episode was just amazing. The awesome plot, Clark Kent in reporter gear with GLASSES, Jonathan alive and well and taking Martha on a cruise, the Lex/Brainiac/Kara interaction, Sheriff Adams making a surprise cameo, and of course the Clois scenes with all the mythos anvils.

Before watching the episode, I thought it would be good to have Jonathan appear and was bummed hearing that John Schneider wasn't going to be on. But after watching the scene, I changed my mind, it was better this way. If Jonathan had been there in person, it would have been a too emotional scene, with Clark coming out of it feeling guilty. This way, by having Chris give the offhand comment about Johnathan's whereabouts, there was more of a sense of relief for Clark.
